Well... as you can tell by the fact I only have about 4 deviations, dating back 3 years and all of the main images long deleted by DA... I don't use this too often. Reasons for my lack of work postings sway from laziness to not thinking my works were not worthy of public viewing. Well... a crazy girl,
candidangels, has managed to drag me back here... though this time I may actually post images! *gaspeth* Not quite yet though. I don't plan on flooding this with old images, and while I have a stack of WIPs, I haven't had the time to work on them... because I'm a crazy boy working 12+ hours a day. I'm leaving one of my jobs this week, so I'll finally have real time for art again. ^^
Enough of the boring stuff now! So why post a journal with no art to back it up? Well, a lot has happened to me in this last month. A lot has changed, and a lot will change. I have a new job... Angel - the most awesomest girl you'll ever meet (she lets me beat up tha zombies)... left my old school (which I already miss, but my pocket book is thanking me)... and of course to top it off, I got in a car wreck yesterday. I totally blew a red light and swiped the front end of a Chevy Cavalier. My car only lost the front right quarter panel with some minor hood and bumper damage.... he had a fourth of his car strewn across the street. How an impact not even hard enough to set off the airbags was enough to do so much damage to his car (and so little to mine) is beyond me... other than saying cars aren't built like they used to be. However that is only the smallest of wonders from the crash. A police officer arrived at the scene quickly, but only seconds after he got out of his car, a truck careened into his vehicle! Needless to say, that took his attention off of us for a while, but it wasn't long before there were 7 cop cars and 2 police motorcycles. While most of the attention was turned to the idiot who hit the cop car, I still had my license and registration checked by a half dozen different officers. Needless to say I was quite late to my new job, but at least no one was hurt. Well... unless you count the fact that I have a "survival" driving class to take + a ticket to pay + my insurance is going up. Luckily my car was still driveable (tape FTW)... and I don't care about it anyways. I'm getting a new car this year anyways, it just will most likely be sooner rather than later now. XD
Man... I'm already rambling, and I still have so many other stories to tell. stories that range from camping outside in freezing rain and sleet to cool things done with friends to even more of my car woes. Bah... I'll save your eyes, as I know I'll have more to tell next time.
Despite the fact that I'm under so much stress that I can't sleep, I look forward to the future.
